The Malaga Beach House is perfect for families. The house is completely at your disposal and everything will be prepared for your stay: clean bedsheets and a set of towels for each person. Also for the little ones -
Our story
We are Stijn (1985) and Nicole (1986) from the Netherlands. A couple since 2007.
In 2014 we fell in love with Malaga. Especially this neighbourhood: Pedregalejo. Since 2015 we live in this beautiful city, and since 2018 we are the owner of this beautiful Malaga Beach House.
We both run an online business and can work from everywhere in the world.
Besides that, we love to travel, to cook, meet new people. Since we live here in the south of Spain we do kitesurfing. Pictures of us Kitesurfing can you find on the wall in the living room. On the left side is Nicole and on the right, you see Stijn jumping.
The funny thing it’s exactly in front of the Malaga Beach House, in Pedregalejo. It’s not officially a kitesurf spot, but in wintertime you can kitesurf there.
Meanwhile, the neighbours know that if they see two kiteboarders in the water, they know it’s us. The two blondes. “Los rubios”. ;-) The name of the Malaga Beach House.

One of our favorite places of the Malaga Beach House is the rooftop terrace. From the patio you go up the stairs to an incredible 50m2 private terrace.
The roof terrace has an outdoor kitchen, a large dining table with 6 chairs, 2 sunbeds, a bbq and a chill corner, where you can enjoy the morning and afternoon sun, overlooking the sea. Half of the roof terrace is covered with an attractive pergola, so that you can also look for shade.
1 / 6In this very traditional and authentic fishing area, just a stone's throw away from the house, you can find many restaurants and cafés.
Close by you have the beach, parking many restaurants, supermarkets, a local market (every Saturday), bus stop, bike rental.

Airport - car/taxi 25min or accessible by public transport.
1 / 3The new modern kitchen is complete with dishwasher, big fridge, oven, microwave, induction cooker, blender, handblender and food processor.
Beside that, there is a separate tap for filtered drinking water, so you don’t have to carry liters of water bottles. It’s very healthy and fresh water.
Upon arrival, the luxury coffee machine is filled with coffee beans. Enjoy a delicious fresh cup of coffee in the pleasant patio or at the chill corner on the roof terrace with a sea view.

1 / 5We use the living room to read, to relax basically and if we wanna watch something, we use WIFI on our Ipad or Laptop or use TV in the living room (with chromecast).
NB. We have Highspeed internet (100 mbs download and upload) at the Malaga Beach House.
In the salon you also find the sofa-bed, which you can change into a bed.
If you booked for 5, you will find, in the storage everything you need for the 5th person. Sheets, pillows, and a quilt.
Also there is air conditioning, which is nice to use in the summer or winter.
1 / 4The Malaga Beach House has 2 well-sized rooms with brand new comfortable mattresses.
Both the 'fisherman' room and the 'surf' room have two single beds measuring 80 x 200, which can be connected and made into a double bed (160 x 200).
There also 2 campbeds available, for the little ones :)
Each bedroom has air conditioning.

There is a hairdryer available.
Shampoo and douchegel is included.
Every person will get 2 towels.
The toilet is separate from the bathroom.
1 / 4From the kitchen you enter a spacious patio (Backyard). Equipped with a cozy seating area, an outdoor shower with hot water, a washing machine, dryer and clothes horse.
Also you can find here the beachchairs and the inflatable swimming pool and a bucket with scoop for the beach for the little ones.

* Sustainable: We use the sun. The solar water heater provides wonderfully warm water. If there is little sun (which is not common with 300 days of sun), the water is charged electrically, so that there is always hot water.
The boiler is 200 liters, so always enough water for all guests and with good pressure.
1 / 6The entrance of the Malaga Beach House is on a pedestrian street, where you walk straight into the boulevard.
Within 5 minutes walking distance you have all kinds of play equipment installed on the beach from swings to zip-lines, slides and of course, a giant sandbox (the beach ;-))
Child-friendly bays have been created so that you have shallow water.

Since discovering Málaga in 2014 we have fallen in love with this city and its atmosphere. We especially fell in love with the authenticity of this unique and traditional Spanish neighbourhood ‘Pedregalejo’. The real Spanish life can be felt here. The peace, the conviviality and the wonderful climate.
In recent years we have always shared this love online, now we would like to share all these charms of Pedregalejo and El Palo 'offline'. With an experience in our Malaga Beach House.

This is a beautiful house in a great location. Nicole and Stijn were excellent at keeping in touch and responded very quickly with any queries. The guide is comprehensive and the key lock is awesome! Als gezin met 6 volwassen hebben wij twee weken genoten van het Beach house. Van alle gemakken voorzien en op een prachtige locatie heel dichtbij het strand en tussen de locals. In de gezellige wij Pedregalejo en heel dichtbij El Palo. Centrum met de fiets of bus heel goed bereikbaar. Tops: Drinkwater kraan, 2 fietsen bij de woning, heerlijke bedden en beddengoed. De airco’s werken fantastisch en bijna geruisloos. Het dakterras is zalig om te liggen, te eten, yoga te doen, boekje lezen, spelletjes doen enz. Buiten-douche heerlijk en makkelijk. Vrij uitgebreide ingerichte keuken en keukengerei- voor een (Culicool)kok echt heel prettig. Strandstoeltjes, parasol en luchtbed voor strand en spelletjes. Contact met de Nicole & Stijn verloopt heel prettig en snel, ze denken mee en verlenen echt service. Je bent als gast in goede handen bij hun. Dit is een deel van alle tops, het is gewoon een top beach house en verhuurders Kortom een aanrader om gebruik te maken van dit beach house.

We had a great time with our two small children at the beachhouse. The house is small but caters every need and the location is amazing: Close to the beach and restaurants and in a very authentic area. It was superclean and the kitchen was a dream, thankfully, because we did not get to dine out a lot with the children and their bedtime. Luckily the nearby supermercado had all the ingredients to a great meal and lunch was as good as dinner at the boulevard. Also: Coffee. Fresh every day with the nice coffeemachine. Even better was the waterfilter: We hardly used plastic bottles because we could drink straight from the tap. We used the bikes every day to explore the area and had a lot of fun with it. Overall a perfect holiday with our family.

We had a wonderful stay at Casa “Los Rubios”. The house is so stylish and well appointed. We stayed for 4 weeks and Stijin and Nicole has everything we would need to feel at home. They were great hosts checking in with us and leaving very good information about the area. The location is amazing. It’s half a block from the beach and surrounded by wonderful restaurants, beaches and bars. You can walk right out the door to everything you need. Despite the central location, the house is very quite and peaceful. It’s also an easy 20 min bus ride to town and the bus comes every 5-10 minutes. We especially appreciated the house had air conditioning for the hot days and wonderful deck upstairs for meals at night. You can’t go wrong booking this house. We loved our stay!

Een geweldig huis op een fantastische locatie. Om de hoek de boulevard waar de lokale en toeristen heerlijk een drankje doen en van de visjes die van de BBQ vissersbootjes komen genieten. Met de fietsen die beschikbaar zijn kan je de drukte van Malaga op zoeken, of juist het rustige gedeelte gaan verkennen. Het huis zelf is van alle gemakken voorzien en de patio en dakterras met buitenkeuken en BBQ nodigen uit om daar te vertoeven. Al met al een fantastische week doorgebracht, zeker aan te bevelen. Nicole en Stijn zijn toegankelijke en erg vriendelijke verhuurders.

The apartment is in a great location right next to the beach and small towns with wonderful restaurants and shopping. The guide pamphlets provided are really helpful and the apartment has all the amenities of home including really good coffee!
